At LOME, operated by BLOOM, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy below before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

3. Cancellation of COD Orders

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.
• Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases at our discretion.

4. Cancellation by LOME

LOME reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock.
• Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical or human error.
• Payment could not be verified or was unsuccessful.
• The delivery address is incomplete, incorrect, or falls outside our serviceable area.
• The order is suspected to be fraudulent or violates our terms and conditions.
• Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled by LOME after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. Modification of Orders

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request changes such as:

• Delivery address
• Contact number
• Quantity (subject to availability)

We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
